From Blueprint to Business
I’m Travis Rankin, owner of RANKIN Home Services, and I’ve built my reputation the same way I build my projects — with my own two hands, a strong work ethic, and pride in doing things right.
I’ve been hands-on with home improvement and construction for as long as I can remember. Over the years, I’ve taken on just about everything — small repairs, major renovations, and full property overhauls. But one of my proudest accomplishments was taking on the challenge of building my own home, from start to finish.
From drawing the design myself to managing permits, trades, and every last detail, I took that house from a rough idea to move-in ready — acting as my own general contractor every step of the way. That experience didn’t just sharpen my skills — it reinforced what I already knew: careful planning, honest communication, and a deep respect for craftsmanship make all the difference.
That’s the mindset I bring to RANKIN Home Services. Whether I’m fixing a door, remodeling a bathroom, or managing a full renovation, I treat every job like it’s my own home — because I know what it means to invest in a place and want it done right.
I offer a full range of services including handyman work, general contracting, home repairs, custom builds, fencing, outdoor improvements, and more. I show up when I say I will, I keep the worksite clean, and I make sure the results speak for themselves. When you hire RANKIN Home Services, you're hiring a professional who cares about quality, values your trust, and stands behind every job.
